What we do: Totally remove old fixtures, walls, floor and ceiling. Re-construct room with new sheetrock, and water-proof cement board in shower area. Tile floor, shower walls and ceiling. Install new tub, toilet, sink and faucetry. Install new vanity cabinet, medicine cabinet, and shower door. Paint the room and install towel bars and tissue holder.
